Happiness

The difficult thing about trying to define what makes something so elusive, like true happiness, is giving a concrete solution. So here is an idea of what truly makes me happy - the principle that one does not need to be happy all the time to be considered a happy person. It's such a challenge living in a world that asks so much from us, and bombards us with touched up images of the perfect life - extravagant lifestyles, bright smiles, shiny hair, an awesome group of friends, a career with absolute success, and the likes - which are all great, attainable, good things, but are not necessarily the formula to one's true happiness.

So, I post this question: what makes YOU happy?
